Akihabara, Shibuya, & Shinjuku

To no surprise, it was Akiba time once again. I actually did have a couple specific things in mind.

e-Earphones

Everyone knows I’m a big audiophile and I love me some headphones. So, this 6-floor store dedicated to all things audio is like crack for me. There are a large variety of headphones/IEMs on display that you can plug into and try out for yourself. Something that isn’t really a thing back home. It allowed be to try some of the headphones that I don’t even consider due to crazy high prices.

Animegane

A specialty glasses store that has frames based on glasses in anime or just based on the anime. I went here for a specific frame, but it was out of stock… in Akiba.

Nintendo Tokyo

And after finishing my fun in Akiba. I headed back to Shibuya to meetup with the group. We had a quick stop at one of the malls so they could visit the Nintendo store.

I am glad that I am not a Nintendo fan because this store seems very dangerous for the wallets of those who are.

Happy Lemon Shinjuku

We then made our way up to Shinjuku, specifically the visit one of the extremely few locations of Happy Lemon in Japan. It was just outside the station tucked in, and no bigger than the width of a school’s hallway.

Some A6400 pictures of Akiba.
