The first of multiple rainy days in Osaka. We had no particular plans for this day. But we wandered from arcade to arcade looking at the various crane games or gachapon.
Around the station there are plenty of large buildings, many of which contained malls. One of the malls we walked through to get out of the rain was filled with every luxury brand you could possibly think of. My friend commented that she “felt too poor to be here”, to which I agreed.
We at some point stumbled across this vending machine that dispensed bugs. There was someone there who did buy one and it was quite the event for onlookers.
We do not purchase any bugs.
We eventually landed at a Mandarake, which is a secondhand goods chain. Where I found this transforming Evangelion Shinkansen train robot.
